Charlotte Davidson who runs Crayon Generation is a French woman, established in Sheffield, UK since 1999. She is professionally qualified early years' teacher with an M.A. in Early Years Education from Sheffield University. Charlotte also holds a Montessori Teaching Diploma and she studied Early Year Education by correspondance when she lived in France.

She has experience as an Ofsted inspector, as a nursery owner, and as a head of early years within a school environment. Charlotte is a qualified adult trainer and has experience in supporting the Early Years Foundation Framework.
